Job Profile: Senior Executive for product sales helping solve complex challenges of the industry with experienced knowledge in Sales and Marketing Strategy.
Roles and Responsibility:
• Responsible for Identifying, qualifying and leading opportunities to achieve the Sales Target.
• Having good skill to identify and evaluate market potential for Communication Business in defined set of customer base.
• Generation of business from new customers & from competitor accounts.
• Frequently plan and visit customers to meet the sales target and support requirements of customers.
• Identify & Engage regularly with customers/utilities to identify projects since concept stage & influence right specifications to bring in right pull during sales cycle
• Routinely discuss and communicate on sales opportunities strategy with members of your team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain successful business relationships with EPC and customers.
• Conduct regular promotional activity at customer place.
Qualification and Additional Requirements:
• B.E/B Tech Electronics and Telecommunication or having relevant 5 to 8 years of experience in Communication Products such as SDH / PDH / MPLS Powerline Carrier Communication and Digital Teleprotection Coupler for utilities such as Power / Oil and Gas for Indian utilities.
• Strong knowledge in Telecommunication technologies such as SDH / PDH
• Prepare Techno-commercial proposal for Communication equipment
• Proficient in BOQ selection based on applications
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Self starter and team player
