Participates and supports manager in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the responsibility area, organization or assigned projects.
Gathers, analyzes and evaluates relevant data, and provides comprehensive reports and decision memos.
Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
Schedules, prepares and accompanies appointments and meetings, completes minutes of meetings.
May coordinate and establish travel arrangements. Manages in- and outbound correspondence.
Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Continuous improvements take place under the lean principles within own responsibility. Well understand and strictly follow up the requirements of national laws and SEDL QMS documents so as to ensure the quality of product, service and process qualified and continuously improved.
Strictly comply with and implement the responsibility and obligation in signed <SEDL EHS Commitment Letter>. Ensure to comply with national, local EHS laws and regulations, Siemens and SEDL EHS requirements.
