Operating Company SBT TJ are looking for a Teamleader for CPM of Region North
What are my responsibilities?
Commercially responsible for Bidding & Offers based on LoA process, and finalize commercial contracts.
- Drive costs verification and risks controlling
- Control the commercial terms and conditions
- Support offer preparation
- Lead contract negotiation with customers, especially for tough cases
- Drive implementation of internal process and policy (i.e. LoA, signature mandate)
- Commercially responsible for project management according to PM@Siemens
- Make sure appropriate handling in SAP according to Siemens FRG
- Drive project assets, cash in and cash out management
- Drive costs and risks management
- Perform operational tasks: booking, billing, PR creation, collection etc.
- Act as commercial interface with customers
- Performance controlling for responsible projects (revenue forecast, provision, costs, AR, CiE etc)
- Virtually leading a small team of Region North
What do I need quality this position?
- Commercial Project manager with more than 5 years of professional experience (preferable within Siemens)
- Frequently English both in writing and speaking
- Experiences of leading a team or virtual team
- High self-motivation and inspiration.
- Good communication skills.
- High analytics skills, result and quality orientation
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
