Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • LP technical support (Pre sales support and after sales support ) for region 中低压产品售前售后大区技术支持 
  • Technical communication with the customer, presentation and seminars与客户进行技术交流,产品讲解,技术研讨会等;
  • ESP(External Service Partner) dispatch, training and daily management in Region East, ESP performance KPI evaluation ESP(外部服务合作伙伴)派遣、培训和日常管理,ESP KPI;
  • Stock management for service spare parts, quarterly review and adjustment服务备件管理;
  • Coordinate with OC(Operating Company) CS colleagues to ensure fast solution for in-house repair and exchange service cases 与工厂售后服务部门沟通协调,确保为客户提供快速解决方案;
  • Monthly report 月报
  • Sales training 销售培训 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Min 3~5 years customer technical support/service experience in Medium/Low voltage branch or related branch 中低压领域3~5年技术支持及服务工作经验;
  • Good communication skills with customer, sales and factories 良好的沟通能力(客户,销售,工厂同事);
  • Strong technical operational experience on medium/low voltage power distribution products & application for power distribution 中低压配电产品实操与应用经验;
  • Process management skill 流程管理能力;
  • Presentation skill 演讲能力;
  • Well operation in Office, English written/oral 熟练使用Office软件,良好的英文口语/书写能力
