Pro-actively make good and maintain high level of project pipeline in Siemens CRM tool
Explore business opportunity in the responsible verticals, key accounts (not limited the listed key verticals) by collaborating with KAM, Vertical sales lead, HQs, etc.
Facilitate BD colleagues to follow up key accounts’ opportunity and engage in early project phase
Profile typical vertical applications, vertical fighting guide, market price and T&C strategy for key verticals and accounts
Budget planning and implementation for Marketing & Promotion events of the key verticals
Annual Business Target setting by vertical / by key account
Coordinate cross Divisions and BUs’ business and activities
Experience in Sales & Marketing and/or Business Development in MV and LV switchgear field in min. 6 years
Proven track record in his/her success in this field and industry
To demonstrate working attitude continuously by being business focus, pro-active, “can do”, collaboration with colleagues and pragmatic.
Experience of working in Multi-Nation Company is preferable
Fluent Mandarin and English in speaking and writing
