What are my responsibilities?
Work jointly with HR Business Partners to deliver HR related projects (Competency model definition, Job analysis & description, job evaluation)
Support HR cycle, from performance management, salary reviews, succession planning review, etc
Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
Support in the HR Digital Transformation
Analysis of HR related data (e.g. attrition rate, growth, etc.)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resource Management and / or Organizational Psychology;
Fluency in English (eliminatory factor);
Good MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint);
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Initiative, dynamism and proactivity;
