We are looking for a HR Trainee (m/f):


What are my responsibilities?


  • Work jointly with HR Business Partners to deliver HR related projects (Competency model definition, Job analysis & description, job evaluation)

  • Support HR cycle, from performance management, salary reviews, succession planning review, etc

  • Assist with the onboarding process of new hires

  • Support in the HR Digital Transformation

  • Analysis of HR related data (e.g. attrition rate, growth, etc.)


What do I need to qualify for this job?


  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resource Management and / or Organizational Psychology;

  • Fluency in English (eliminatory factor);

  • Good MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint);

  • Strong written and oral communication skills;

  • Analytical skills

  • Initiative, dynamism and proactivity;

  • Tech savy.
