SHL PLA Sales Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales target in assigned PLA territories for responsible medical product lines
  • Project management with multiple PLA hospital and government in region including project indentification, filter and focus on important project, conclusion and get order to achieve the target
  • Support dealer in bidding coordination
  • Participate area marketing activity, for example, exhibition, seminar, opening ceremony, take care of PLA customer who join these activities
  • Work with daily issue like participate sales training, on time report for weekly and monthly
  • Build or maintain relationship with PLA customers by visiting and report to relevant department to solve problem
  • Promote PLA customer satisfaction rate
  • Collect marketing information for further analysis
  • Requirements:
  • work experience in medical equipment product selling, MNC experience preferred
  • Excellent skill in selling, negotiation, project management and market information collection
  • Bachelor degree (or above) with major in medical. Marketing, business or related
  • Good command of English, CET4 is mandatory
