Head of FBA Channel Management & indirect countries

 

The Head of FBA Channel Management and indirect countries is responsible and accountable for achieving Business & strategic targets in assigned countries in alignment with Zone and HBA strategies.  He/she manages the channel management team and implements appropriate go-to-market approach. He/she leads all sales and service activities in respective countries.

 

The Head of FBA Channel Management and indirect countries functionally reports into the FBA Zone Lead. He will be a member of the FBA zone management team. He will be based in Paris.

Responsibilities:

Responsible and accountable for achieving Business & strategic targets in assigned countries in alignment with Zone and HBA strategies.

 

  • Lead and manage activity

    • Own leadership and manage P&L (profit, cash, assets…)

    • Manage transformation: build One unified channel/country management team aggregating IVV+IVD across organizations

    • Manage direct business in assigned countries for ES or large /complex in assigned countries: orchestrate engagement (task force team, LOA, strategy, financing/funding)

    • Implement go-to-market approach & strategy in alignment with Zone. Ensure cross zone consistency

    • Orchestrate adequate process and engagement rule to leverage “extended” resources (ex HQ/EMEA support team).

  • Strategy

    • Develop and implement X Matrix strategy (coverage/capabilities) and Strategic Business Plan. Lead Strategic planning process

    • Own channel governance (RIC control and functional –channel- governance)

    • Assume responsibility for timely approval for relevant projects within Zone LoA process (as defined in LoA guideline)

       

  • CRM

    • Ownership for commercial excellence: develop a credible foundation for market transparency market. Harmonize and strengthen FC adequacy and accuracy

    • Drive Country sales funnel and ensure data availability for ZBLs and provide monthly input for Zone forecasting and performance reporting

    • Harmonize CRM practices amongst channel management team and orchestrate conformity to zone QMS

    • Co-own (with DES org) interfaces and align process with DES

       

  • Business performance

    • Assume responsibility for operational performance according to Budget defined by Zone (top line /BAs, SG&A, COGS, Pricing, Gross Profit). Own HPS on perimeter of responsibility.

    • Communicate Siemens Healthineers Value Promises and support “Healthineers" – holistic view on customer across BAs and horizontals

    • Act as key executive interface to C level customers and ensure appropriate One Healthineers C level engagement strategy for country based on value promises

 

 Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree (Engineering, Sciences or Business Management)

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Healthcare Sector (In-Vivo and/or In-Vitro environment)

  • Experience in a senior management position and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Channel Management and/or direct sales

  • Excellent communication in French and English

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and to set the right priorities

  • Collaboration with international teams. Intercultural experience, preferably in Africa
