Job Title :  Strategic Professional

Experience:   8-10 years.

Qualifications:   A degree in management with specialization in Marketing

Essential:   Proficiency in Corporate / Strategic Marketing. Should have had exposure to developing and executing marketing strategies which translate into higher visibility for SHS in the C-Levels and in Government set-up

Preference:   Prior experience in Healthcare domain will be preferred.

GRIP Level:   PL- 8

Key KPIS:

  • Responsible for execution of marketing strategies for Siemens Healthineers in Zone India.
  • Create and execute key marketing and customer engagement strategies for corporate visibility and brand positioning
  • Create and execute key marketing and customer engagement strategies to leverage the multi-Business Area strengths of Siemens Healthineers
  • Create and provide marketing tools, collaterals directed to the sales teams, and to the customers
  • Coordinate marketing activities across different stakeholders and or business verticals.
  • Curate thought leadership - content for the corporate topics across matrices for the customers and develop marketing stories for offerings
  • Create case studies under defined frameworks to promote value promises
  • Study competitive positioning and effectiveness of key messages
  • Support global initiatives and contribute to global pool with data, content and case studies from zone India
  • Conduct market research activities as required to support management decision making.
  • Marketing database generation and management
