This job is for Siemens Numerical Control with its global IT team in Nanjing. You will work with your local and global peers to provide world-class IT service to its internal customers. This job requires strong IT skill as well as oral and written English.
What are my responsibilities:
Performs a broad range of service management operations (including service element management, service catalog maintenance, service management framework application and possible escalations) to ensure that given IT service or solution resources are available to the business.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Familiar with MS Windows platforms, experience on Linux is a plus
Familiar with MS WSUS service
Ability to identify root cause upon system logs or relevant clues and resolve the problem
Has basic knowledge of PowerShell scripts
Has basic knowledge of virtualization
Major in Computer Science or related discipline with 3 years applied experience
MCSE and CCNA certification are preferred
Fluent English writing and speaking, good communication skills
Good team worker, self-motivated, and self-confidence to work independently
Good sense of customer orientation
