As a supporting member of the Resource Management Team within the Operational Excellence function of Corporate Communications, you will partner closely with fellow team members to support on the:

  • Analysis of actual figures vs. budgets and forecasts (including cost center and functional financials), specific to Corporate Communications

  • Preparation and production of presentation materials around CC resource topics, up to senior management levels

  • Quarterly forecasting processes

  • Creation of business cases, including formulation of and rationale behind the assumptions to be applied in the business case

  • Projects / initiatives in the Resource Management team around new or enhancements to existing tools

  • Establishment new and/or strengthen/streamline existing processes in Corporate Communications

  • Adhoc projects/queries around resource management in CC, as and when they arise

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

  • An advanced user of MS Office (in particular excel and powerpoint) and have a flair for IT systems in general (e.g., SAP)

  • Knowledge of accounting principles & processes is a plus

  • Able to uses digital tools effectively and with ease; knows how, what and when to use in his/her work to bring impact and efficiency

  • A dedicated and engaged team player, goal oriented, self-driven, detail-orientated and well-structured

  • Independent (but knows when to seek guidance), curious to learn, solution-orientated and pragmatic

  • Fluent in German, and English proficiency is a plus

  • Flexible in your mindset and are able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment

  • Enrolled in a relevant higher education in Finance/Accounting on a Master level
