Global delivery Center Alliance Manager

 

 

 

The Alliance Manager is responsible to actively support SHS IT SPM function to drive multi-provider management for all Infrastructure and application related IT services to ensure strategic, operational and financial goals of the SHS IT. The goal is to ensure optimum IT services delivered from providers for IT services for region and CoEs

 

 

 

The Alliance Manager will also be responsible for Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project

 

 

 

Alliance Manager is responsible to support the defined CoEs (Centre of Expertise) provider strategy, prepare tender requirement specification together with technical and commercial experts, ensure provider competition and ensure market price conformance, initiate all procurement related activities to CSCM (Corporate SCM) and support Provider negotiations in an active role play with CSCM.

 

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

 

 

 
  • Ensuring optimal sourcing and responsible for global tenders of the CoEs

 

 

 
  • Ensuring strategic, operational and financial goals of CoEs & regional IT especially targeting productivity targets with tender and negotiation results

 

 

 
  • Being part of IT Supplier Strategy for CoEs and Regions

 

 

 
  • Ensuring the provision of inputs for claims towards Service Providers due to unsatisfactory performances and ensuring measures to achieve expected levels of performances. Close monitoring of these measures.

 

 

 
  • Ensure and improve the quality of prepare Tender Requirement specification together with technical and commercial experts

     

  • Ensure planning, scheduling, risk management of the tendered projects  

     

  • PM Processes:  Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Project Closing

     

  • PM Knowledge Areas:  Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality Resource, Communications, Risk, Vendor, Stakeholder

 

 

 

Qualification and Experience:

 

 

 
  • 8 - 12 years of total experience including Project management, IT Service management, Vendor management, SCM Know how and professional procurement experience

     

  • Engineering graduate with an MBA qualification preferred

     

  • Highly efficient in written and oral communication

     

  • Should have project management skills

     

  • highly professional individual with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

     

 
  • Candidate should have strategic outlook, good interpersonal relationship and communication skills as well as negotiation skills in an international and intercultural environment, influencing and networking skills.
