Job Description

Mission of function

-    Active contract management – explore, optimize and renegotiate existing contracts

-    Efficient claim management. Implementation of contract and claim processes for optimum performance of services, ensuring contracts compliance with legal and company requirements.

-    Ensure contract transparency regarding terms, reporting, volumes, costs, services, Provider & Siemens obligations.

-    Implementation and continuous improvement the end-to-end contract lifecycle process from development through to execution, including maintenance of contractual database

Responsibility:

- Implement Contract and Claim Strategy for his/her area of responsibility

- Is the Interface for all contractual topics to the Regional and Local partner for his/her area of responsibility                                                     

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle process of Contract set up and Contract Change from development through to execution, including obtaining the relevant stakeholder approvals- Support negotiation process for all local, regional and global amendments, new services and any other issues requiring contractual resolution                                

- Set up (outbound) or follows up (inbound) Claims for his area of responsibility and drives it to a result in coordination of all involved parties inside the department and outside                                                           

- Implement contract lifecycle management

- Monitor contract terms, contract expiry, ensure prolongation process                                                           

- Manage overall compliance with contractual terms & conditions                                                            

- Oversee compliance and security                                                            

- Set up and maintain contractual repository for defined scope                                                            

- Ensure contract transparency regarding terms, reporting, volumes, costs, services, Provider and Siemens obligations                                                             

- Keep procedural alignment with the general and specific IT procurement guidelines and policies, and the defined general contract agreements.                              

- Supports escalated issues in accordance with the governance escalation procedures

Requirements:

-          At least 3 years of contract management experience, preferably in IT domain

-          At least 2 years of Service Management Knowhow and Experience,  Service Provider Management Experience / Interaction , Project / Application / Infrastructure Management (in one or more of the areas)

-          At least 3 years of intercultural environment / multinational enterprise experience
