- People Leadership and Learning
- Support of Succession Risk Management (SRM) for Key Positions in ASEAN Region
- Assist in the realization of Global Core Learning Programs and the ASEAN-specific Potential Development Program
- Talent Acquisition
- Support in the rollout of the employer branding initiative
- Preparation and execution of various university career fair events
- HR Business Partner
- Support in measuring job profiles per operating division in LC Singapore
- Support new project initiatives
- Any ad-hoc HR admin duties assigned.
What do I need to do to qualify for this job?
- Undergraduate/Post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to communicate with people of all levels
- Candidates who are able to commit for at least 5 to 6 months are preferred.
