What are my responsibilities?

  • People Leadership and Learning
    • Support of Succession Risk Management (SRM) for Key Positions in ASEAN Region
    • Assist in the realization of Global Core Learning Programs and the ASEAN-specific Potential Development Program
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Support in the rollout of the employer branding initiative
    • Preparation and execution of various university career fair events
  • HR Business Partner
    • Support in measuring job profiles per operating division in LC Singapore
    • Support new project initiatives
  • Any ad-hoc HR admin duties assigned.


What do I need to do to qualify for this job?

  • Undergraduate/Post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
  • Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to communicate with people of all levels
  • Candidates who are able to commit for at least 5 to 6 months are preferred.
