·         Execute internal learning courses according to annual training plan; Optimize training operation process to upgrade learner experiences;

·         Organize Orientation Day for new comers; deliver part of orientation from HR/learning perspective

·         Maintain training database and responsible for quarterly learning report;

·         Learning material and equipment procurement for learning dept.

·         Take lead of mini learning project based on dept. request

This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.

·         1-3 years’ experience in Learning and Development area;

·         Passion & insights in learning and development field;

·         Good communication & collaboration;

·         Detail oriented and process driven
