As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Achievement of all strategic and financial goals within the Branch and sales office as applicable.

  • Responsible for the Health, Safety and well-being of all assigned staff.

  • Profit and Loss responsibility and accountability for service, migration and new solution business undertaken in the South Region.

  • Leadership of Sales, Service and Solution management in the branch to ensure and drive a high-performance culture where all staff are engaged, customers are delighted and the works are executed safely, exceed quality and budget expectations.

  • Exceptional communication and personal engagement with the geographically diverse organisation of staff.

  • To drive a culture of continuous improvement within all aspects of the works undertaken.

  • To plan, organise, direct, co-ordinate and control management activity within the branch.

  • Ensuring Orders, Sales, EBIT, Stock and agreed customer targets are met by the most cost-effective use of all resources whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

  • Working with your sales management and sales organisation to maximise the realisation of opportunities and prospects.

  • Executive sponsor for named accounts within the region.

  • To create a One Company philosophy that is fair, consistent and inclusive.

  • To develop an effective, well-motivated and flexible team that understands the Company’s aims and strives to achieve them.

  • Deliver to our strategic goals, promote our mission statement and to drive the Smart Infrastructure culture into the organisation.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Able to develop an excellent team environment, coaching and mentoring skills.

  • Experience of deploying efficient service processes, including ticketing, coordination and dispatching engineers and parts.

  • Experience of managing large complex teams Sales/operations/Engineering.

  • Understanding of the Building Automation, Security & Fire industry (preferred but not essential).

  • Understanding of construction/FM markets.

  • Previous management experience, proven sales/operational background.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Customer relationship, presentation skills.

  • Health and Safety Awareness (IOSH managing safety).

  • Must hold full driving license.
