Commodity Management Support with English - Praha/Ostrava

Job Description

We are looking for somebody who would support Commodity Management, which would include analysing purchasing data, downloading data from various systems and creating reports and presentations.  
What will you do?
• Analysis and comparison of purchasing indicators
• Preparation of regular reports + presentations
• Data quality controlling and corrections
• Visualization of data, preparation for various meetings
• Continuous improvement of Siemens procurement reporting and controlling processes
• Ad-hoc reports according to customers needs

What we expect from you?
• Fluent English (mandatory), German (optional)
• Excellent MS Excel skills (complex formulas, complex pivot tables, ability to analyze comprehensive data sheets is a must, graphs)
• MS Access skills are a plus
• Work experience as data analyst, in controlling and/or reporting
• Ability to work independently, very good time management and prioritization skills
• Analytical thinking
• Customer-orientation and positive attitude
