Then come in and join our global team as Business & CRM Analyst. You will be responsible for managing, measuring and improving KPIs in Market Transparency, Customer Profiling and Customer Reports.


Your mission and responsibilities:

  • You support business forecasting & strategic business planning

  • You manage the Singapore Healthcare market and business review process. Generate market analytics.

  • You maintain the CRM process, sales database & funnel accuracy

  • You oversee lead generation, opportunity management & installed base management

  • You have close coordination with stakeholders in business, especially sales, project management & service teams, to maintain high data accuracy in opportunity pipeline

  • You support Collaboration Manager in the preparation of collaboration agreement for key customers

  • You liaise with Quality & Technology department to ensure product on time registrations and prompt reporting

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You have a Diploma or Degree in Economics, Business or IT infomatics  

  • You 3-5 years working experience in corporate / MNC setting

  • Knowledge in SAP is preferred


Your personality and skills:

  • You are self- driven with strong multi-tasking skills and thrives on challenges

  • You are able to cope with fast-paced and pressured work.

  • You have high accuracy and strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind

  • You have good organizational skills. Ability to work and collaborate with different team across the company

  • You have excellent (spoken and written) communication skills

  • You have advance knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office i.e. Powerpoint, Excel
