In order to make more professional service for the customer of SLN, according to the service requests from service sales and service process, coordinate service resource and deal with the field service, resolve the technical problem of customers, train the customer and service partners, bring up new colleagues, and issue the service report.
What are my responsibilities?
To be responsible for SLN customers’ field service. Resolve the technical problem to assist service sales, issue the service report.
Coordinate related service resource like repair/ spare part to execute the service
Support 3-party service engineer to execute the service.
Knowledge transfer, Engineers training, include 3-party service engineer.
Support partner management team to buildup external service partners’ competence.\
Take the service duty (out sousing case) and hotline engineers’ job.
Continuously improve personal technical competence
Assist line manager to accomplish daily administration management of the service implementation
Fulfill others tasks from SLN management.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Strong customer orientation and ownership are obligatory.
Be familiar with Siemens industry automation products and Fiber, Mineral, Marine, On shore/Off shore verticals’ application technology.
At least 3 years’ experience of after sale service experience, project execution experience in industry automation market.
Customer communication skills;
Good English, both written and oral;
Good communication skill and team working attitude even in the stressful conditions sometimes.
Suit for business trip frequently and urgently sometimes.
