Signaling Site Manager

Job Description

Site Manager is requested for the Rail Signaling projects developed within the Project Execution area in Siemens Rail Automation.

Activities:

  • Supervision of construction works implementing signalling systems (electronic interlocking, trackside elements, ERTMS, ATP, Operation Control Centre, GSM-R, Communications...); related civil works and other auxiliary systems (Power supply, UPS, SCADA ...)
  • Ensure compliance with installation and Test&Commissioning methods
  • Coordination and controlling of the site activities (schedule, costs, activities, etc.), site management, test and commissioning, assisted operation, maintenance and EHS)
  • Control of Progress Payment of subcontractors
  • Control of materiales (Warehouse)
  • Habilities to deal with findings during installation, Test&Commissioning and warranty phase.
  • Experience in surveys

Requirements:

  • Experience in site activities for signaling projects
  • Technical Engineering/Engineering degree (Electrical, electronic or similar)
  • Fluent English and Spanish 
  • Availability to work abroad
  • Driving license

Valuable:

  • Knowledge in application engineering (HW and/or SW design)
  • Experience in maintenance of signaling systems
