Our New South Wales service team is critical to our total business offering, and you will show strong customer relationship and fault finding skills within your list of attributes. Reporting to the NSW Service Team Leader for Smart Infrastructure, you will be required to complete a wide range of technically oriented commissioning work and provide support to your team in planning and managing these works.  You will have the opportunity to work on a multitude of sites around Sydney and may be required to be available for after-hours and on-call support as part of this role.

As a Service Specialist you will be responsible for a broad scope of technical tasks which include fault diagnosis, customer liaison, preventative maintenance, evaluation of customer’s equipment and assisting with site OH&S audits, among others. The identification of sales opportunities within your customer base is also an important part of the role.

What you will bring to the team:
  • Knowledge and experience with commissioning & servicing access control systems
  • Knowledge and experience with commissioning & servicing CCTV systems
  • Proficiency with computers, networks and 3rd party software (i.e. Microsoft )
  • Leadership experience (advantageous)
