Mission
负责HR FSS提供人事数据及人事系统维护

Task
负责检查批量人事数据更新模板,更新到人事IT系统。
根据人事流程,下载人事数据更新模板,更新人事IT系统。
分析数据上传的错误日志,同负责人沟通,提供方案解决问题。
在人事项目中,提供数据更新方案。
负责西门子GID系统运维,维护相关数据。
负责经理安排的其他数据维护相关任务。
主要的服务对象是西门子内部员工。
 
Knowledge:
本科及以上学历;
0-3年人事相关工作经验;应届毕业生亦可。
较强的沟通能力,能够与客户、上级顺畅沟通;
反应灵活,思维敏捷,善于根据客户情况及时制定相应的策略;
能够迅速学习新的业务知识,对自已有高要求;
很强的主动服务精神,能够适应业务高峰期的工作压力;
会使用PPT,WORD及EXCEL等工具;
英语书面表达及口语流利
SAP系统经验优先;

 
What are my responsibilities?
Working in HR FSS Suzhou Operation Center as a HR Specialist.
- Check mass data of employee HR information, upload data to HR systems
- According to the HR process, upload the data to HR system
- Analyzing the error message for data uploading, provide solutions
- GID system operation, maintain the employee data
- Provide data update solution for HR projects
- Support other teams within HR FSS
 
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education: Bachelor or above
Working experience: 0-3 years HR field working experience
Knowledge/Languages:
Fluent English in speaking and writing;
Skillful in MS software, such as PPT, Word, Excel;
Good communication skills;
Be responsible and customer oriented;
Be able to work under pressure during peak season (latter half of month);
Be willing to learn and quick learning.
SAP knowledge is preferred.
