Student Internship - Administrative (Team Assistant)

Job Description

We are looking for an Team Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support our financial / commercial department’s daily activities. 

What are your responsibilities?
  • Answer and direct phone calls to customer and taking messages
  • Maintain customer contact lists
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Assist in the preparation of invoicing & document support
Carry out administrative duties such as filing typing copying, binding and scanning

What do you need to qualify for this role?
  • Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar assistant role is a plus
  • Familiarity with filing systems and organization
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and tools
  • Organizational skills
  • Currently studying in an accredited University in Thailand
