We are looking for an Team Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support our financial / commercial department’s daily activities.
What are your responsibilities?
Carry out administrative duties such as filing typing
copying, binding and scanning
- Answer and direct phone calls to customer and taking
- Maintain customer contact lists
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of invoicing & document
What do you need to qualify for this role?
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar assistant role is a plus
- Familiarity with filing systems and organization
- Experience with MS Office
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and tools
- Organizational skills
- Currently studying in an accredited University in Thailand
