Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

TPE RE sales manager for Rail Electrification portfolio for Metro, Tram, Mainline;

Key focus is to develop and execute on CN sales strategy, develop a Complete market view for RE portfolio, identify and develop focus cities, drive new business models, develop sales channels, partnering with local panel builders;

Develop strong interface to KAM as local Mobility sales for TPE RE. Support and plan Customer visits and technical presentations, promote Technical Sales, invite engineers to customer, invite customer to Siemens, factory, and Support BU organization for product marketing activities and sales trainings;

Broaden portfolio footprint, find new go to market, bring new portfolio items to CN, Push new portfolio topics, define solutions for the market, Lead technical discussions for new customers, new portfolio, etc; 

Support KAM in early lead generation, define bid strategy, price level, winning strategy for bidding, be customer interface during bidding and project execution;

Develop project pipe line and follow up projects with sales / solely in region, and support in pre-sales phase. Develop pipeline review systematic in region; prepare report for management / working out bidding strategy together with KAM. Regularly review Philos pipeline status and end user on time updated together with sales

Dimension of function:
The Sales Manager is responsible to grow and maintain the business for Rail Electrification in China;
He/She represents appropriately Mobility and TPE RE in all strategic and cross activities. He/she is reporting to TPE RE head. He/she is responsible for the assigned budget;

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor degree or above with major in technology and science;
5-8 years experiences in relevant fields, Be familiar with Transportation / Metro environment;
Good organization and communication skills both in Chinese and English, presentation skills internal and external

Self-driven, can work independently and under stressful conditions sometimes

Think in customer requirements, flexible, work on new ideas;
Office skills and office software

Taking responsibility and ownership for RE portfolio;
Strong collaboration inside Siemens, in China, abroad, and with external partners;
Presentation skills internal and external;
Fluent skill of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
