Your mission and responsibilities:
1.Perform planning of related manufacturing processes (e.g. SMT - line, Wave soldering) for printed circuit boards and complex electronic assemblies.
2.Perform new product introduction, NPI and sample building. Implementation of changes and mass production.
3.Improve manufacturing processes for complex electronic assembly products ( Cabinet, Filter plate, etc. )
4.Taking outstanding quality and on time delivery into account.
5. Work according to our quality system for medical devices.
Your qualifications and experiences:
1.2-5 years experience in related field e.g. PCBA manufacturing experience
2.Knowledge of Electronic manufacturing machines as well as programming knowledge of Assembly expert (ASM pick and place, Wave Soldering, DEK printing machines, Reflow oven).
3.knowledge about production of electronics and complex electronic assemblies including principles of testing. EMS service as well as industrialization for production.
4.Knowledge of First Pass Yield, Design for manufacturing, FMEA and Quality standards (e.g. 6 sigma principle)
5.SAP Knowledge on manufacturing engineering and QM related modules (e.g. routing, BOM, Document management, SAP-EDM, Change Management)
6.Knowledge and capability of MS Office and Web applications required.
7.Knowledge of IPC 610 E as well as of ISO9002 and ISO 13485:2003

8.Ability to us CAD to review and understand technical drawings and specifications (e.g. electronic components descriptions)
