What are my responsibilities?
- Familiar with project reporting, bid document/bid offer preparation, order processing and invoice in SAP, planning and budgeting.
- Routine controlling tasks: cost controlling, key business data forecasting, process management, etc.
- Carry out assigned jobs in his/her job field, BU order backlog monitor and pushing, inventory and AR control, BU credit management implementation, region performance monitor, BU pricing policy implantation control and margin control.
- Risk/opportunity management for BU business operation, support BD and sales from BU BA side for problem solving during business operation, BU contract management.
- 2-3 years' work experience on accounting, controlling and project business. Proactive approach to have things done.
- Knowledge of Commercial Project Management for project business, SAP, Bidding offer, Project planning (budget & forecast) and reporting, Project execution.
- Accounting knowledge or relevant background.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- knowledge of risk management, asset management, import/export and logistic, contract and claim management, negotiating skills, incoterms, currency knowledge, tax knowledge, insurance is a plus.
