Developing and implementing opportunities to create new service business for SHS and to support the local organization as well as the Siemens Healthineers RHQ in service marketing.
Develops researchs to determine levels of customer satisfaction, customer expectations, market conditions, company image, and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Develop market and customer oriented service marketing strategies, offerings, communication methods.
Develops and implements marketing programs, channel and price strategies to ensure the growth of profitability and the expansion of the company's products / services.
Develop new services and opportunities , rollout and implementation in the country product management
Launch special campaigns within the service environment. Develops and analyzes complex data of competitors and does recommendations related to the performance of products, price, financing, sales, marketing and distribution.
Supporting service business growth, which can be via portfolio strategies, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, sales education initiatives, customer loyalty programs, etc.
Consolidate and convert all required information for a maintenance price book for the local market. Develops strategies and business plans to support the objectives of market participation.
Prepare contract proposal and quotation for maintenance contracts.
Provide support to the CS functional areas as Service Sales, Education, Partners, and Operation in order to develop and to give visibility in the organization SAS.
Marketing formal background.
Advanced English language skills;
Availabity to travel 20%.
Experience on people management of at least 3 years.
Experience in sales (services, educaction, aplication or equivalent) of at least 3 years.
