We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Smart Infrastructure business unit for an experienced and motivated Agile Project Manager. The role will be working within the Digital Grid part of our business, based in our Bayswater, VIC office.

Project Managers bear full responsibility for the entire project, just like an entrepreneur. The key responsibilities in this role are to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. You will analyse technical and contractual information of the project and process any required clarification or negotiation either internally or externally with the customer, following up the contractual agreements with Headquarter / Suppliers and Customer. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
In order to be considered for this role you will need a sound functional knowledge of the Siemens EnergyIP Platform, an in depth understanding and solid hands on experience in Agile Scrum methodology, agile artefacts, role and ceremonies, measurement KPI, Scrum Velocity and other agile processes, familiarity of waterfall and agile software delivery, as well as an advanced knowledge project management principles, concepts, procedures, practices and tools.
The ideal candidates will also have 5 to 7 years of proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector, and a degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
