Siemens is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist PV, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Milan. He/she will be responsible for the sale of innovative products and services for residential PV Storage for the Italian market within the BU of Low and Medium Voltage products. Our Technical Sales Specialist has to manage the promotion and sales of new residential PV Storage products’ portfolio and the relative business segment through strategic planning and market analysis, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
What will you manage in the short term?
Sell new PV storage products and services for improving the energy efficiency thus identifying the right channels for the residential market (PV Distributors, Installers, Utilities and Facility Management Companies ), with the aim of increasing the complete portfolio of low voltage too;
Support the creation of new installers network and partners to provide proper Sales and Services of the PV storage products;
Deep knowledge of the market and the competitors’ offer;
Cooperate with the marketing and business development teams, providing a wide view of current offers and opportunities;
Develop tools, reports / dashboards in order to evaluate sales trends in comparison with budget, thus allowing the Management to define the annual forecast;
Influence the main stakeholders and the Customer’s “Decision makers”;
Provide some insights on the customer's point of view in innovation processes;
Responsible for the annual target of the PV Storage portfolio within BU Low and Medium Voltage products.
And what about the medium-long term?
You will have the possibility to Lead new residential PV Storage segment within Italy .
Who are we looking for?
A candidate with the following features:
General knowledge of PV panels, inverter, storage and electrical distribution;
Passionate and prepared to manage issues related to technological innovation including IoT and Industrial Clouds;
At least 5 years experience in sales of technical services within PV residential market, with a products’ portfolio made PV Panels, Inverter and Storage products;
Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or Technical High School Diploma
Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international;
Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;
Excellent communication and relational skills, enthusiasm and passion;
Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service , initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team
