Assistant Proposal Manager

Job Description

What are my job responsibilities?
  • Responsible for tender preparation and develop value added proposals
  • Responsible to deliver project quotation including scope development, specification compliance, cost estimating, risk management in timely manner
  • Review technical requirement and product capability and participate in contract negotiation with customer
  • Working closely with Sales team and commercial team
  • Responsible for ongoing proposal process simplification efforts and tool development to drive productivity gains
  • Support operating metrics, centered on offerings and individual productivity, to promote proposal throughput, yield, cost, and efficiency.
How can I qualify for the role?
  • A sound Degree in Engineering 
  • At least 5 years experience in proposal / bid preparation role
  • Sound knowledge with building technologies offering such as Building Automation System (BAS), Fire Alarm, and Security System
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Good Understanding of pricing structures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
