Job Description

Sales of gas turbines and steam turbines. Increase in market share consistent with goals and strategy of GP SC.
"Dimensions of Function"
Successfully build-up sustanable business portfolio and business volume, ensure order intake and gross margin.

【Areas of Responsibility / Tasks】

・To be the partner with the hub sales team to provide strong coordination to understand customer / market requirement and develop customer credibility & influential relationships
・Frequent visit to potential customers to find and develop opportunities
・Timely and complete provision of requisite inputs for processing proposals as well as conducting LOA process for all binding proposals to ensure high proposal quality that entails minimum risks.
・Conducting / facilitating negotiations to ensure achievement of planned volume of new orders in line with stipulated positive margin.

・To lead opportunities with customers / EPC / internal resource till results are confirmed
・To make technical presentation on products to the customers. Participate and contribute to technical and commercial bid clarification. Support negotiations to successfully convert proposals into contracts.
・Evaluate capability of the local EPC / Integrator for domestic IPG market and find and/develop competitive partner together with regional hub.

・Market survey, strategy making and planning

- Win / Loss analysis"
・Project management for domestic projects

"Techniques(Technologies/Methodologies/Professional knowledge)

・Sufficient experience in sales for thermal power generation business.
・Strong Knowledge of products, such as gas turbine, steam turbine
・Strong interpersonal communication & presentation skills, be very customer focused and team player
・Bachelor's degree from an university or college, preferably in a relevant Business or Engineering discipline
・Good communication skill including written and oral English and Japanese

・Customer oriented and growth mindset
・Excellent negotiation and closing skills
・IT applications and tools
