Join our team as a “Dual Master (M/F/D) Customer Success – Health Monitoring-SISW” in Munich, Cologne and Nuremberg.
Identify internal and external customer success metrics, data analysis
Create transparency on customer data via centralizing
Define parameters for companywide customer health, KPIs
Create processes for customer health monitoring
Establish regular governance with key account teams
First or second class honors degree (from a university, university of applied sciences or cooperative university) in Business Administration, Economics or Business Informatics
Customer 1st mindset
Change Management & push through mentality
Empathy and Communication skills
Customer Success experience in IT/ Cloud or customer industries
Cloud & SaaS business models (subscription)
Knowledge of international markets
Fluent language skills in spoken and written German and English
