Join our team as a “Dual Master (M/F/D) Customer Success – Health Monitoring-SISW” in Munich, Cologne and Nuremberg.

Job Description

  • Identify internal and external customer success metrics, data analysis

  • Create transparency on customer data via centralizing 

  • Define parameters for companywide customer health, KPIs

  • Create processes for customer health monitoring

  • Establish regular governance with key account teams


  • First or second class honors degree (from a university, university of applied sciences or cooperative university) in Business Administration, Economics or Business Informatics

  • Customer 1st mindset

  • Change Management & push through mentality

  • Empathy and Communication skills

  • Customer Success experience in IT/ Cloud or customer industries

  • Cloud & SaaS business models (subscription) 

  • Knowledge of international markets

  • Fluent language skills in spoken and written German and English
