Siemens Subsea is developing and delivering subsea power, communication, distribution and sensing products and systems to the global subsea industry. Subsea Systems Trondheim consists of three main areas: Research and development (R&D), Manufacturing and Project business. After several years of R&D work our organization is moving into a new phase, where manufacturing and project deliveries will be in focus, although our R&D work will continue.
We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our project team, support the Project Manager in leading our projects to success and further develop our project business.
As a Commercial Project Manager you will have full responsibility for all commercial/finance related matters in our projects. You will be supporting the Project Manager with the objective of executing the project within the defined targets (e.g. costs, time, quality) and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Contract and Risk management
- Planning and forecasting
- Cost controlling and invoicing
- Monthly Reporting and ad hoc reporting
- Currency management
- Follow up of funding of R&D-projects
- General support on financial topics for the department
- Masters degree with financial background
- SAP competency is beneficial
- Very good communication skills in English, beneficial with Scandinavian language
- A minimum of 5 years experience in projects is desirable
- Experience in controlling or accounting would be an asset
- Experience in leadership with intercultural teams would be an asset
