我的职责是什么?What are my responsibilities?
Support the achievement of the KPI’s by providing efficient continuous improvements by identifying opportunities and implementarion with the related departments for improvement of processes concerning the whole Supply Chain. 
Ensures completion of continuous improvement projects from initiation to delivery and keeps management informed of the result. Monitors status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Share lessons learnt. 
Introduce others' experience and best practice to management. Support the improvement activities in other departments using internal/external resources.
Create career development programmes for the team and develop medium-term planning for the growth of the process.
Responsible for 3I program, promoting reasonable suggestions from employee. 
Responsible for BE budget planning and monitoring
Continuous improvements take place under the lean principles within own responsibility. Well understand and strictly follow up the requirements of national laws and SEDL QMS documents so as to ensure the quality of product, service and process qualified and continuously improved.

5 years and above experience in continuous improvement management 
At least being a manager for multinational company and multiple teams over a period of 3 years 
Strong leadership and capacity of planning, organize and coach
Excellent English communication skill
Bachelor degree or above in management or engineering related education
