Test Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Defining and execute state-of-the art test strategy (incl. non-functional requirements testing, system integration aspects)

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities in the segment

Plan / Organize the necessary test competency development measures for the scrum teams

Drive / support effective test automation within the scrum teams

Ensure compliance with customer and organizational processes.

Build a culture of continuous improvement in the team, in line with business initiatives

Responsible for recruitment & retention management, target setting & guidance to build a high competence team

Professional Stakeholder management to ensure business success and customer value

 

 

 

Experience/Job Requirements:

Around 10-15 years of experience in software testing.

Should have managed at least a 10 member Verification & Validation team independently for 2 to 3 years.

People management skills of at least 3 to 5 years.

Good understanding of the clinical workflows and familiarity with HIS/RIS/PACS/DICOM/HIPAA standards.

Applies test Management tools, practices and leadership techniques in directing all aspects of
test activities within the Segment.

Familiar with regulations like FDA/ISO/CE related to medical imaging products

Well versed with agile software development methodology.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, team orientation and motivational/inspirational skills.

Should have handled geographically distributed stakeholders including senior management.

 

 

Certification :

ISTQB certification is preferred but not mandatory.
