Your mission and responsibilities:
•Coordinate, manage and monitor quality issues related to CV ME Customers (International, main focus HQMR, SSMR)
•Analyze of internal and external quality issues from customer to improve the quality and implementing of actions.
•Creating of necessary reports and synchronize with experts.
•Define and implementing of actions together with the team; effectiveness check of the actions oImprovement actions for the CVME process and suppliers and effectiveness check (CAPA, 8D-report).
2. Analyzing and monitoring of additional costs (ncc), warranty issues and DOA .
• Investigation of customer complaints (root cause analysis) implementing and documentation.
Your qualifications and experiences:
1.Above 4 years experience as quality engineer
2.Customer complaint handling, CAPA process with experience in multi-culture company
3.Has expert knowledge of the ISO 13485 and relevant Medical Device regulation CAPA methodological mindset for continuous improvement
4.Good time management during multi-task. Handling topics with high complexity and critical situation Familiar with PCBA and subsytem technology
