SI-DS-STGZ-Technical Support Engineer(Export Sales)

Job Description

Mission Provide technical support to regional sales organization to achieve order intake target by not only making material calculation per customer's specification but also providing professional product selection advice and doing customized technical optimization for each market.

Internally, drive customer orientation and secure internal support to service market and customers.

Responsibilities/Tasks

  1. Offer prepare including biding documents, technical datasheet, material list to BA for price calculation. Register project information as per offer process, follow quality gate process if needed
  2. Track quoted project status continuously with regional sales /customers, convince customers by using professional knowledge on product, enable to do cost optimization to increase project winning chance.
  3. Follow technical handover process properly in order to pass correct and complete information internally for order execution, especially to Engineering department.
  4. local standards and sales channels etc.
  5. Promotion tools and events

Requirement

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

at least 5 years working experience. Expert in Transformers (3-5 years of working experience)

Sales experience in past job assignments (3-5 years of working experience)

Language: Fluent in Both English & Chinese (both writing & speaking)
