What are my responsibilities?
1. Be responsible for business development for CS business & Retrofit Business in own area.
2. Complete full customer list in the responsible area. Cooperate and guide sales to visit each LD AP potential customer based on the list. Cooperate with sales to make customer development plan for key customers.
3. Make proposal and offer according to the inquiry of the customer.
4. Lead the contract signing process.
5. Collect the competitor information in regards of their sales rep., sale policy, sales channel, and partner in responsible area.
6. Submit and update project list and review it with line manager on monthly basis.
7. Reach the individual annual incentive target.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor degree or above, electrical, mechanical or engineering related majors preferred
2. Workable English in speaking & writing.
3. Be familiar with MV converter & motor, for Siemens MV drive is a first priority.
4. Have sales experience or willing to develop in sales function

As a market leader of large drives and motors, Siemens LDA provides different kinds of medium voltage drives and high voltage motors. There are lots of reference in different branches and applications.
