Job Description

Siemens Mobility provides integrated mobility solutions for urban, interurban and logistics transport. For the efficient transportation of passengers and goods, we combine specialization in automation and electrification by road and rail, rail vehicles, turnkey systems, consulting and consumer services.


We are looking for a HR Administrative Trainee (m/f):


What are my responsibilities?

Support in tasks related to Human Resources Administration for Siemens Portugal, such as:

-        Hiring process;

-        Payroll activities;

-        Employee Data Maintenance;

-        Travel Expenses Audit, Payment and Clarifications;

-        Reporting;


What do I need to qualify for this job?

High School/Bachelor degree or equivalent in Social Sciences or similar (preferable);

Fluency in Portuguese & English, written and spoken – mandatory;

Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);

SAP (HR module) and Workday knowledge will be a plus;

Team Player, with strong customer focus, results & quality orientation;

Reliable, organized, with autonomy and strong communication skills;

Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.
