Mission of this role:
The Regional Manager has the responsibility to support sales activities of countries within Middle East and Asia Pacific (MA). He/she is responsible for aggressively pushing sales, strategy implementation, target setting for countries, and respective performance measurement. He/she is responsible for supporting the implementation of country customer & channel strategies & programs, and ensuring that countries sales volume targets are achieved in the defined area of responsibility.
What are my responsibilities for this role?
Implements and monitors the FID sales strategy in the MA countries with the goals to maximize market penetration and market share for FID products sales, and to acheive the pre-agreed sales volume targets (budget).
Is responsible for driving profitable growth, by defining and implementing measures to increase sales effectiveness ("do the right things") & efficiency ("do things right"). Proactively drives professional sales management processes (eg. based on CRM), and implements Account Plans for major accounts.
Ensures compliance with overall BP MA and HQ pricing policies.
Supports strategic growth programs for countries. Track and report KPIs during implementation phase
Drive market transparency and competitive studies in Region MA regularly
Conduct regular review meetings with Sales Managers in countries as well as Segment PMs
