We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our established Service Power Transmission (SPT) team either in our Bayswater (VIC) or Macquarie Park (NSW) offices. Reporting to the Head of Service for Power Transmission, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Quoting Spare parts for Siemens High Voltage Business in the Pacific
  • Processing orders into our factories and managing delivery of spares to our customer base
  • Process the spare parts orders and deliveries from Major Customer spare part contracts
You will be able to demonstrate experience in the preparation of quotations for spare parts and product ranges, along with the management of customer orders, including deliveries, returns etc… An electrical knowledge would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.

Strong communication skills and ability to build sound working relationships will be an important part of success in this role.

Process improvement and digitalisation with the goals of efficiency improvement and cycle time reduction will be a key focus. Demonstrated experience in the introduction of such improvements will be highly advantageous.
