We are looking for a Customer Services Support Operator who shall be working in our Customer Delivery Department / Customer Service in SFS COF Spain
• To support the Customer Delivery Coordinator in maintain highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of SFS COF Spain.
• To manage customers and vendors requests (e-mails, phone calls).
• Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system.
• To support the Customer Delivery Coordinator deploying and maintaining a ticketing tool to support the customer requirements.
• To find synergies in Customer Delivery in order to speed up and optimize the processes.
• To identify the Customer Delivery KPI´s and monitor them in order to improve the business.
• To support Customer Service Department in the DMS and Customer Portal projects.
• At least, 1 year of experience in financial markets.
• Experience within a Customer Service delivery role
• Market knowledge and an understanding of who key customers are.
• Experience of working within a global environment and communicate and engage with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate the KPI´s in order to improve the customer service performance.
