What are my responsibilities?
- Drives the Radiology business for Private Key Accounts/ Public sector with product portfolio team , in close cooperation with the Siements Healthineers Sales Director according to Siements Healthineers guidelines,
- Strategy setting and its implementation, to ensure the expected business growth and consolidated profitability.
- Driving business growth with Key Accounts through consultative& innovative approach towards strategic partnerships. Guides the business and channel management, including the Financial planning and forecasting activities, aligned with the country Management & Country business development for radiology business.
- Responsible for optimizing distribution channels, manage KOL in Accounts relationships, strong common ground with the distribution channels.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the Healthcare sector
- Product portfolio and local market knowledge
- Strong sales background
- Strong management, communication and organization skills necessary to motivate, coach and direct an effective sales force with extensive experience in the market
