Job role: Order Management Team Leader

Job description:

  1. Lead team to focus on the sustainable customer satisfaction, with excellent delivery performance and reliability.

    带领团队维持高水准订单交付能力和可靠性,持续关注并改善订单交付客户满意度;

  2. Organize the collection and analyzing for the rolling order forecast, maintain the high level order forecast accuracy.

    组织收集以及分析整理订单预测,持续保持订单预测的高水平精准度;

  3. Lead the systematic management for the orders as the power user of SAP SD module, continuous improvement for the order processing and the order lead time optimization.

    作为SAP SD模块专家,带领团队系统化管理订单,持续改善订单处理全流程效率并有效缩短订单交付周期;

  4. Organize the contract review for new product and non-standard orders, take effective measures to risk recognition, following and make certain on time delivery :

    负责组织新产品订单和非标订单的合同评审,采取有效措施进行识别和跟踪管理订单风险,以确保订单准时交付;

  5. Organize the witness test in SEDS plant for customers and follow the related order delivery.

    负责组织安排客户目击测试的工厂行程,以及安排相应的后续订单跟踪和测试后的订单交付事宜等;

  6. Organize the suppliers’ management for packing and transportation; sustainably provide professional logistics related service with rationalization cost.

    有效管理产品外包装和运输类供应商,合理化相关物流成本,并持续提供专业化物流服务;

  7. Systematic management for the spare parts orders, including traceability management and on time delivery.

    系统化管理产品备件订单,包括备件的追溯性管理和准时交付等事宜;

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above

  2. 8 years working experience with at least 2 years team management experience

  3. Experience in order management

  4. Expert in SAP system

  5. Strong leadership capability

  6. Good English
