Your mission and responsibilities:
- Acquire new business in China for waste water treatment business area: Oil field, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fine Chemical, Coal Chemical, Industry park.
- Prepare complete proposal for water projects (budget and firm bids)
- Support and coordinate with HQ during bid-phase.
- Collect business information and update Philos (database) accordingly.
- Collect and structure market information, competitors’ information, market trends, local government policy etc in order -to improve competitive situation.
- Develop key account customers.
- Work out bid strategy for key projects and discuss and align internal.
- Complete internal bid process and pass quality gates
- LoA process
- Lead negotiations with customers
- Order handover to PM
- Contribute to achieve SLC PD SLN business targets.
We expect you:
+ Good English communication (spoken/written).
+ Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering background.
+ Knowledge of biological conventional / oxidation processes for waste water treatment.
+ Experience as Sales Manager >= 3 years
+ Good communication skills to customers, Relationship builder.
+ Team work
