Job Description

What are my responsibilities?
Negotiate and prepare bidding/contract terms and conditions by providing commercial solutions, limit legal/financial risks and obedience of Siemens internal regulations;
Sales order and purchase order input and manage in system;
Prepare contracts and send to customer and management for signature; Administration of contracts, maintenance agreements and commercial logistics as well as filing;                                                                                       
Interface between sales and customers, answering queries from both on stock and shipment or orders; Deal with customer logistic complaints and contribute/coordinate to solution;
Assets management: check and control the unbilled costs, follow up the outstanding ( incl. overdue) payment to lower the A/R;
Evaluate customer’s credit situation and business performance and giving suggestions for credit adjustment and application;                                                                                
Coordinate Export Control issues;
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education - Bachelor degree or above, major of international trade or finance is preferred;
International / Domestic Trading related Know How;
Understanding Contract Law and INCOTERM;
Understanding Chinese TAX policy;
Fluent in written and oral English;
Good office software knowledge;
