Perform the following tasks of official administration according to requirement and deadline:
-Voucher & fixed asset management (purchase/transfer & scrap)
-Coordinate matters of office environmental maintenance including meeting room management, office supplies etc.
-Support on-board /transfer / check out process for employees (e.g. SAP, Nexus, Phone and other accesses)
-Cooperate with other departments e.g. SRE, IT etc.
-Assist HR manager’s schedule and travel arrangement
-Proactively and efficiently organize team event, e.g. outing and annual party
-Effective and accurate authorization management-cost center authorization management
-Being innovative to provide suggestions for improvement ideas related to team assistant tasks and relevant processes
-Support any other work requested from managers
