The Business Enablement & Marketing Group is responsible for running the business development activities for the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) Product portfolio known as Siemens Opcenter. As a member of our fast-growing Siemens Opcenter cloud team, you’ll work across a range of interesting and challenging projects, putting great ideas into action. For this team we are seeking a business enablement manager to rapidly expand the team in our exciting new venture focusing on Siemens Opcenter Cloud Solutions. These solutions are within our comprehensive Manufacturing Operations Management portfolio of software, spanning the industry verticals in the discrete and process industries (medical device, semi-conductor, electronics, automotive and transportation, aerospace and defense, complex manufacturing, chemical, food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and consumer-packaged goods). They include manufacturing execution, enterprise manufacturing intelligence, advanced planning and scheduling, and product research, development and laboratory.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:
§ Define, align and coordinate implementation of structured on-boarding and ongoing enablement programs for various sales target groups. This includes the development and distribution of relevant communications and the development of tools and KPIs to measure success
§ Developing industry specific “Go2Market” strategies and messaging for the Siemens Opcenter cloud portfolio in form of global campaigns including sales execution and marketing planning
§ Developing of marketing collaterals like whitepapers, blogs, presentations, solutions brochures, data sheets and website contents
§ Plan and host target group specific webcasts such as use cases, “Go2Market” strategy, product & portfolio updates etc.
§ Ensure that our sales force(s) have the knowledge and information at the right point in time in the sales cycle
§ Education and update the sales organization on the Siemens Opcenter cloud applications value proposition, offerings and pricing
§ Collaborate with different stakeholders like Marketing, Product and Partner Management to adapt sales material and provide feedback on further demands
§ Facilitate internal collaboration within various groups of the Siemens Software Organization, such as marketing, sales, presales, customer success, etc.
§ Representing the Siemens Opcenter Cloud Portfolio at major internal and external events across the globe
§ Provide support and guidance to all sales target groups on internal sales processes and tools
§ Support the software sales organization in customer facing workshop when requested (e.g. key sales pursuits, strategic customer meetings, …)
§ Help shaping the Siemens Opcenter cloud application development priorities, technologies and portfolio investments by defining the product directions and investment priorities based on industry knowledge, industry market trends, competitive field assessments and customer inputs
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate:
§ You have a university degree in science, engineering or business (the latter combined with good technical understanding)
§ You have 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing, business development or sales related roles for cloud software companies
§ You are excited by new technologies and business models
§ You have demonstrable experience with cloud native software solutions
§ You have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate and present complex topics to a broad level of audiences (sales reps as well as management level)
§ You are results driven and with a strong customer orientation
§ You are flexible in work schedules and willingness to travel
