Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sustainable development of the business of building performance and sustainability. The responsibilities also include:

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements to provide product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Calculate client quotations, administer client accounts and negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education as well as after-sales support services
  • Coordinating sales project such as hosting technical presentations and demonstration
  • Work with the technical team for the design of customized service products or solutions
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Support budget and order forecasting activities for head office

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • University graduate in Mechanical / Building Services/ Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ service sales experiences in the related fields
  • Knowledge of fire service installation, building automation and ELV Installation is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with international specialist team
  • Strategic, self-initiative and result-driven
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
